Hello! I requested a shout out for my daughter Annie and her dog Winston about 3 months ago. There has been a shout out for an Annie since then, but because it doesn't mention Winston, she won't accept that it's for her. She asks me every time I put a new Koko on. Please could we have a shout out for Annie and Winston? We are premium subscribers :) Thanks.
