New subscriber issues

Thank you for your reply about subscription. When I go on koko premium, it has a locked sign on the episodes ... it also says 'paid'. When I click.on it says to link Spotify with supercast... i go through that process but once it's complete and it takes me back to Spotify, nothing has changed...
